ZyloX Market – Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Product – Digital goods such as license keys, downloadable software, and digital subscriptions.
User – Any individual or entity who accesses or makes a purchase from ZyloX.
Service – The sale, delivery, and support of digital products through the ZyloX platform.

2. Legal Use

All Products are intended for legal use only. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., those of games or software).
ZyloX is not liable for any bans, penalties, or restrictions caused by misuse or violation of those terms.

3. User Responsibilities

By purchasing from ZyloX, you agree to:

  • Use all Products in a legal manner and in accordance with third-party terms.
  • Not resell, redistribute, or share Products without written permission.
  • Keep your license keys confidential and secure.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any intellectual property or third-party rights.
  • Attempt chargeback fraud, submit false refund claims, or deceive the platform.
  • Tamper with, bypass, or disable any security or verification mechanisms.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or illegally distribute any Products.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

5.1 Payments


  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
  • You are required to pay the full listed price for each Product.
  • ZyloX does not store any payment information.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, currency conversion costs, and payment-processor fees. You are responsible for any such charges.
  • Prices for Products may be changed at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Refund Policy – Digital Products

Once a license key or digital item is delivered, the sale is non-refundable.

✅ Valid Refund Cases (upon verification):

  • The license key is invalid or does not work as described.
  • A confirmed technical error on our part prevents product access.


❌ Refunds Not Issued For:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • If our PayPal or any other wallet gets locked, we won’t deliver the product or provide a refund, as the funds would be locked.
  • Incompatibility with your system or software.
  • Bans or penalties on third-party platforms.
  • Refusal to disable conflicting software (e.g., antivirus).
  • Unauthorized chargebacks (will result in permanent ban).
  • Supplier scam = no refund


6. Intellectual Property


All content on the ZyloX platform—including branding, software, product descriptions, and visuals—is protected under copyright.
Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ZyloX is not responsible for any damages, losses, or penalties incurred through use of our Products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product within the last 12 months.


8. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZyloX, its developers, and staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.


9. Termination


We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all ZyloX Products.


10. Respectful Conduct & Right to Refuse Service


We are committed to a safe and respectful support environment. You must communicate respectfully in tickets, chats, and any interactions with our staff. Abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening behavior—including slurs, profanity directed at staff, repeated spamming, doxxing, or sexual harassment—is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

If you violate this policy, we may, at our discretion, (a) warn you, (b) mute or close your ticket, (c) suspend access to support or the Service, and/or (d) cancel undelivered orders. If an order is canceled before delivery for this reason, we will NOT refund the amount you paid for the undelivered item. We may also refuse future service. In cases involving threats, hate speech, or harassment, we may take these actions without prior notice.

12. Governing Law
